SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class which takes 1-2 days. POSTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR MAINLAND UK ONLY.

Postal dates are Tuesday - Friday and we will aim to post your order within 5 working days from the date it was placed (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).


If you require your treats for a specific date, please state this within the note section on checkout. We ideally require a minimum of 2 weeks notice before the desired date.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY.

We will not be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly (No refunds or replacements will be given for wrong addresses).

COLLECTION

Collection is available for local customers. If you would like to collect, please select this option on checkout.


Once your order has been processed you will receive an email/text with a collection date and time, along with the address.

ALLERGIES

Unfortunately we do not cater for people with food allergies/intolerances or any other special dietary requirements.

All products are made in an environment where, EGGS, MILK, GLUTEN, SOYA &  NUTS are used.
